THIS IS LOVE! Giving up chocolate for Lent shows will power.  What Jesus gave up shows real power.  It shows real love.  We are focusing on that love given us with a message series throughout Lent.  Please use as many of the cards out front as you would like to invite people to join you for these messages.  Also, please help yourself to the Lent Devotionals out front to use this time of the year to reflect on your Saviour's passion for you.

MARCH BREAK CAMP  TOMMORROW our first-time ever March Break Camp begins!  If you are not actively involved in carrying it out, there is still something you can do.  1. Keep it in your thoughts.  2. Pray that it may bear fruit in the lives of the children and their families.  Thank you for your support!

KOINE is going to be here on Palm Sunday, March 28.  You won't want to miss this service!  Bring your friends and family to celebrate Jesus' triumphant entrance into Jerusalem with the moving sounds of this Christian church band!

EASTER is Sunday, April 4!  That means a lot of opportunities to worship our victorious Saviour and also share the good news about Him with others!  INVITE your friends, neighbours, and family to join you for this special celebration!

EASTER EGG HUNT - Easter Sunday at 9:30!  Invite your children's friends to join them for this fun, worthwhile time!

EASTER BRUNCH Speak to Jo-ann Mitchell if you would like to help organize the Easter Brunch this year.  We could use a few more coordinators.  Invite those you know to join us for this time of fellowship after the Easter service!

EASTER LILIES  Would you like to beautify the worship area with an Easter Lily on Easter Sunday?  Sign up out front in the gathering area.  Each plant is $10 and you are welcome to take them after the service to beautify your own home!

EGG HUNT VOLUNTEERS  The Easter Egg Hunt is a huge undertaking requiring many volunteers.  If you would like to be an active part in carrying it out, please speak to Kevin today.  Opportunities include: Story Reader, games coordinators (2), age group leaders (6), egg patch coordinators (8), safety persons (2), registration people (6), and runners (4).

SHREDDED PAPER  We are in need of shredded paper for the Easter Egg Hunt.  If anyone is able to get it from a workplace (or you know of someone who can get it), please let Kevin know so that he can request it.  In total, we need 15 large garbage bags.  Important:  The shreddings must be STRAIGHT CUT, not cross-cut.  Thank you for your help!

SUNDAY SCHOOL is going on every week!  Give your children this important opportunity! Sunday mornings at 9:30!

LIGHT 4 LIFE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM   If you would like your child (grades 1-4) to be involved in this weekly, Christ-centered program on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:30pm, please contact Cindie Walker for details.

JUNIOR HIGH FRIDAY NIGHTS Tweens!  Join us for exciting Friday nights that will help you get real with God, get active in all sorts of activities, and get connected with other tweens your own age.  Where and when?  McKinnon Public School from 8pm to 10pm.  Be there (and don't forget to bring your friends!)

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BECOMING A COMMUNICANT MEMBER here at Cross of Life, we would love to go through a few Bible studies with you to share what this means of God’s grace is all about and why it is so important.  Pastor is willing to set up these Bible classes in any setting that would be most comfortable for you – single, couple, group, your home, the church office, etc.  We can always find a time that will work!  Talk to Pastor Schulz today!
